These conferences are intended to facilitate communication between teachers and parents when it appears that a student needs additional support to be successful. To that end, the conferences are intended primarily for students who are earning a C+ or lower in a class.

Parent-Teacher Conferences schedule

Tuesday, October 20 from 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Wednesday, October 21 from 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Thursday, October 22 from 3:00pm – 4:00pm

We will be using the PickATime appointment service for parents to request appointments with their son’s teachers. You will need to create an account (even if you have done so previously) using your son’s full name and birthdate.  Once you have logged into the system, you will be asked to select the date for your conference.  After you select the date, you will see your son’s schedule and can select a time for an appointment with a teacher.  You will receive an email on October 20 confirming the appointment(s) and providing the Zoom links.
