Sophomore Retreat – The Person God is Calling Me to Be
Experience the retreat with your Sophomore Theology Class

Post

The Sophomore Retreat theme is “The Person God is Calling Me to Be,” and will be experienced in this time of distance learning during Sophomore Theology class time.  (See schedule below.)

This retreat is led by our Senior Retreat Team under the direction of Campus Ministry, and will provide an opportunity for students to consider who God is inviting them to be in the world.  We begin with “The Call of the King,” from The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, and move toward writing a Life Mission Statement, which provides a more solid sense of direction and purpose.  During the retreat days our Seniors will share stories of their own sense of mission as well as challenges to living as “men for and with others” in their presentations and small-group breakout sessions.

Zoom links and Google Doc links will be provided on students’ Google Classroom page prior to the retreat.  Parents: please do not schedule appointments that would prevent a student from participating in the retreat with his particular class on the days listed below, as the sharing and relationship building with classmates will continue beyond the days of retreat.
