An interscholastic athletic program as a co-curricular activity
is an integral part of the total education and growth experience
at a Jesuit high school. Athletics is designed to affirm and
promote the Ignatian values as stated in the Profile of the
Graduate at Graduation and engage student-athletes fully in mind,
body and spirit.
The interscholastic athletic program is an integral part of the
total education and growth experience at Jesuit High School. It
provides an environment where the student may develop and refine
athletic skills, test those skills through suitable competition
and develop leadership and sportsmanship. Our athletic philosophy
is designed to support and affirm the philosophy and mission
statement of Jesuit High School and attempts to promote and put
into action the Profile of the Graduate at Graduation, as found
on pages 2-4 in the Student-Parent Handbook.
