JHS Alumni Internship Opportunities

The Alumni Office of Jesuit High School is seeking young alums in the Sacramento area to work as Alumni Relations & Development interns for a 2, 5 or 7 month period. Please take a moment to look over the position’s description, requirements and benefits laid out below.

Internship Description
• Update and maintain an alumni database
• Manage and create content for a social media presence
• Produce and prepare materials for outreach, e.g., mailings,
flyers, e-mails, etc.
• Assist with planning, organizing and running alumni
events
• Contribute to the Student Alumni Organization as well as the
Alumni Council
Qualifications and Requirements
• Must be able to work roughly 20 hours per week
• Must commit to 2 months (Nov. & Dec.), 5 months (Jan. –
May), or 7 months (Nov. – May).
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, esp. Word,
Publisher and Excel
• Familiarity with Facebook, LinkedIn and similar social tools
