Raffle

HOW TO ENTER: You have not entered the Raffle until your entry submission, with full payment, has been accepted by JHS. You may enter as often as you want. Tickets will be sold up until the drawing on the night of the event, March 24, 2012, or until 1000 entries are accepted, whichever comes first. There are 3 ways to submit your entry:

1. Submission by Mail: Legibly complete the official entry ticket and send it by first class mail, postage paid, along with a check or required credit card information, to: Jesuit High School PACE Gala & Auction, 1200 Jacob Lane, Sacramento, California, 95608.

2.  Submission in Person: Purchase your ticket in person from an authorized volunteer of JHS by completing the official entry ticket, and handing the completed official entry ticket, along with a check or required credit card information, to one of the JHS volunteers present.

3.  Submission by phone: Purchase your ticket over the telephone by providing payment information at 482-6060 from the Development Department or Jill Leopold, PACE Coordinator.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the $10,000 will not exceed 1 out of 1000, but may be more favorable depending on the number of entries.

PROCEDURES FOR LIMITING ENTRIES: The number of entries into the Raffle shall be limited to 1000 using the following procedure:

1. If 1000 submissions are accepted prior to the closing date of March 24, 2012 no further submissions will be accepted. Submissions received beyond 1000 will be refused and, if necessary, entry fees will be returned or refunded.

2. JHS shall keep a daily tally of the number of tickets received and accepted, and the date on which they were received. In the event that more than a total of 1000 accepted tickets are received, then JHS shall determine the day on which 1000 accepted admissions were received and if the daily tally for that day results in there being more than 1000 accepted submissions, then JHS shall randomly select from all accepted submissions received that day in order to achieve exactly 1000 accepted submissions. 

JHS will conduct the drawing for the $10,000 on March 24, 2012. You need not be present at the drawing to win. The prize will be available in the Development Office at Jesuit High School in Sacramento, California for the winning entrant. All taxes associated with the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
