Thursday, March 22: -Rental Items (9 – 11
a.m.): Need one volunteer to count the rental items at the
Gym.
Saturday, March 24:
-Setting the tables (8 -11 a.m.): We
need volunteers to set the dinner tables for the Auction in the
Gym.
Sunday, March 25: -Breakdown (9-Noon): Put away supplies &
decorations in the Gym. There will be a Mass at 9 a.m. in the
Harris Center for those that want to attend.
Every year, hundreds of volunteers work tirelessly to make the
PACE Auction & Gala a huge success! This event wouldn’t
be possible without their efforts. Volunteering is an
excellent way to give of your time & talents to the school.
We have volunteering opportunities in: decorations, auction
item solicitation, advertising, gift gathering party
coordinators, hostessing, mailing committee, reservations… and
many more!
