There are three portions to SignUp.com where you can volunteer: Jesuit, Loyola Guild & Boosters Club. Please read each event carefully to determine if it is a Parent and/or Student Volunteer opportunity, as not all opportunities are open to students.
If you need to CANCEL a volunteer spot, PLEASE make sure you remove your name so someone else can sign-up.
Wednesday, September 19, 2018: Please join us for the Gala & PACE Auction Volunteer Kick-Off Coffee from 8:15am – 10:00am in the Board Room located in Brebeuf Hall (at the front of the school.) For more info and to RSVP, please click here.
Weekends 8:00am – Noon: Students needed to assist our Grounds department with yard work. Please meet the Jesuit staff employee (Jeff or Lupe) at the Bell Tower promptly at 8 a.m.
WHEN ARE HOURS DUE? Seniorfamily volunteer Hours aredue on April 15, 2019. Freshman, Sophomore & Juniorfamily volunteer hours are due on April 30, 2019.
SIGNED FORM: The form must be signed by event chair or volunteer coordinator to avoid the fee of $500. Once you have completed the form and totaled your hours, please submit the form to Jesuit High School, Attention VIP Program or email to the address below.
SignUp.com: A web-based calendar program is used to sign-up for volunteer opportunities, and is not used track your volunteer hours. Once you have completed the form and totaled your hours, please submit the form to Jesuit High School, Attention VIP Program or to: email@example.com
HELPFUL HINT: After you volunteer, take a picture of your Volunteer Report Form on your phone just in case of loss. If you lose your Reporting Form, you will need to retrace your volunteer activity to get the required signatures.

The last day to submit your VIP Volunteer hours form is Monday, April 16, 2018.
The option for those families who do not complete and submit their allotted service hours will be to pay a non-participation rate of $500 per year as described in the JHS Student-Parent Handbook. Please note,hours are not prorated. Thank you to all the JHS parents who have shared their time and talents volunteering already this year!
