Mass Livestream from Jesuit Sacramento
Friday, March 27, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

Dear Students, Parents, Alumni, Alumni Parents, Faculty, Staff, and Friends of Jesuit High School,

Be assured of my prayers for you and your families as we all navigate our way through this very challenging time of the coronavirus pandemic.  I pray that you all stay healthy and safe.  God is our refuge and our strength!

The campus is closed, but school is in session!  Our students, faculty, and staff are working hard from their homes each day through our online teaching and learning program. The students and teachers are also engaging online in our religious programming, student activities, counseling services, and Christian Service.

Jesuit High School Sacramento is more than just a school, we are a community of people who care about one another.  Even though we are all sheltered in place, let’s come together as a community to support one another and pray together.

On Friday, March 27th, at 8:30 a.m., Jesuit Sacramento will livestream a celebration of the Mass for Friday of the 4th Week of Lent from the Jeffrey ’80 and Elizabeth Phelan Chapel of the North American Martyrs.  All are welcome to join us for this livestream experience that provides us the means to keep our sense of the J-High community alive!  A recording of the Mass will be available on our YouTube channel after the livestream.

Even though we cannot celebrate the Eucharist together in person, let’s join one another virtually to ask the God of our lives to guide us and continue to bless us with God’s unconditional love and mercy.

If you would like to join the livestream, click here at 8:30 a.m. on Friday morning.  May we stay grateful and hopeful.

Rev. John P. McGarry, S.J.
