Return to In-Person Service
Students still welcome to complete requirements virtually/remotely
With Sacramento County’s move to the Red Tier and the hybrid resumption of in-person classes at Jesuit High School, Jesuit High School students engaging in Service and Justice Programming can engage in in-person service activities at pre-approved agencies where students are welcomed by the agency as volunteers. Please note that students are still welcome to complete their Service and Justice requirement entirely through virtual and remote opportunities. No in-person service is required or expected for the 2020-2021 school year.
Students wishing to serve at any agency not listed on the revised Hybrid (Remote and In-Person) Service and Justice Directory for 2020-2021 should submit a request on the Service and Justice Site Proposal Form listed in Google Classroom.
When engaging in in-person service, students should utilize all Covid-19 mitigation practices at their disposal and follow all safety protocols required at their chosen service placement.
If, given changes in the public health guidelines in Sacramento County or neighboring counties, this policy needs to change, we will notify students through Google Classroom, the school website, and the Staying Connected Newsletter.
