Safe Return Task Force Notification
Please read message from our campus medical professional
December 17, 2020
Dear Parents, Faculty and Staff
The health and safety of our students and staff are our top priority and, as such, we are informing you that Jesuit High School Sacramento has been notified of a student case of COVID. The affected individual has not been on campus since early last week.
Although physical distancing and other virus mitigation efforts such as sanitation and masks have been in place, out of an abundance of caution six other students in the Jesuit community may have had close contact with the individual while on our campus and have been asked to quarantine.
As all students and many faculty and staff are already working off-campus, plus the Christmas holiday break, the affected student and those on quarantine will all be able to return to campus as we begin back in January if they are free from symptoms at that time and following the Jesuit COVID screening process. Sacramento County Public Health and their contact tracers are aware of this case.
We care about your health and are available to assist with questions or concerns you may have. However, Federal health privacy laws prohibit us from releasing more information about the individual affected.
