Drop-in Campus Visitors
Campus Access for Students, Parents, Volunteers, Prospective Families


Our campus is currently limited access for on-campus learning, camps or events. We encourage visitors to meet via Zoom or phone whenever possible. If you are staff, faculty or listed as an approved vendor with our safety office (ex. working on long term construction project) please refer to our Other Visitors to Campus instructions.

All others, please follow the guidelines:

Step 1: Make an appointment

All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please reach out directly to the person or department you need to meet with to begin this process.

Step 2: Follow campus protocols

Once you have a confirmed appointment, your campus host/person you are visiting will log the appointment with the main office. Please follow the campus protocols: 

  • Do not come to campus if you or any household members are symptomatic
  • Wear a mask as required while on campus & follow CDC best practices
  • Check-in at Main Office or Business Office (unless otherwise instructed)
  • Take the verbal visitor health assessment upon arrival
