 FULL – Grades 6-8 Co-ed (In-Person)

June 21-June 24, 2022 (4 Days)

1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

(This camp is full and no longer taking a wait list.) In Website Coding and Analysis, you will explore the world of websites through HTML as you become an ethical, white-hat hacker! White-hat hackers use legal processes to perform penetration testing, test different security systems, and perform vulnerability assessments. Students will learn all about the information that a website can hold in its code, like hidden messages and cookies. Students will begin with learning the basics of HyperText Markup Language (HTML) through numerous programming activities and fun website challenges. Then, students will explore more advanced measures of website security and perform penetration testing on numerous challenges. On the last days of this course, students will use all of the information that they have learned to create their own website that fellow classmates will test and try to crack! This STEM Academy-Interactive experience is led by top notch Jesuit High School and St. Francis students (with full adult supervision.)
