The Jesuit High School of Sacramento Board of Trustees seeks to identify an exceptional leader to serve as its next president. The JHS President Search Committee has developed a comprehensive process and timeline, which includes collecting feedback and perspectives from the JHS community. The Search Committee will then narrow the applicant pool to a group of semifinalists and identify finalists for the position. The 14th President of Jesuit High School term will begin on a mutually agreeable date.

Missioned as Director of the Work by the Provincial of Jesuits West, the President of Jesuit High School (JHS) will lead the 60-year-old Catholic college preparatory school for young men dedicated to achieving excellence in all aspects of its program, with a profound appreciation for its Jesuit traditions, high academic standards, and commitment to educating the whole person.

JHS is seeking a candidate who can provide leadership reflecting the mission and vision of the school. This leadership will be shaped by intellectual competence, integrity, passion, energy, balance, and occasional flashes of humor. This person is responsible for the appropriate management of the school and assuring the dynamism of JHS through ongoing strategic planning for all facets of the school; academics and student life, faith formation for all employees, school finances, advancement and fundraising operations, and public/community relations.
