Class schedules and other important information specific to our new families


We hope you are having a wonderful summer! Welcome to our Jesuit family. We have a few important announcements we want to share. Our communications usually come via email and share content that is published on our website.  If you have a question - please search or contact us. We can’t wait to welcome you for our 2021-2022 school year.

Class schedules for the 2021-2022 school year are now available in PowerSchool

Please ask your son to follow the instructions emailed to his Jesuit email address to access his PowerSchool account so he may log in to access his schedule. Parents will receive their PowerSchool access information the first full week of school. The mobile version of PowerSchool will not allow him to see his schedule, please make sure he is using the desktop version.

Remember, students are responsible for completing summer reading assignments before the first day of instruction. Summer reading is posted by year level on the website. Click the bundled link to access summer reading or use the search keyword “Summer Reading” on our website.

Schedule changes are not easy to make at this stage. If you did not follow the process in the spring to apply or appeal for XL, Honors, or AP classes, you will not be able to request a level change to a higher-level course. All other requests are subject to space available.

If you find that you do need to make a change to your schedule, please complete the Schedule Change form.  

If you have questions or concerns regarding textbooks, understanding the student schedule, Dean’s office procedures, or our BYOD program, you are invited to attend our Parent Survival Skills 101 on July 14, 6:00 pm in the Barry Gym.
