The Jesuit High Boosters Club was established in 1966. Father
Edward Callanan was the school representative and John Hannegan
was our first Booster President. Any parent, alumni or a person
who manifests an interest in Jesuit High School may be an active
member of this organization. The Boosters are involved with many
events throughout the year ranging from “Fun raisers and
Fundraisers”
The Jesuit Booster Club is looking for 16 volunteers to work at
the Rugby event on Saturday, May 19th. We are looking for BBQers
and snack bar workers.
9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m – 8 Volunteers
1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – 8 Volunteers
This is a great way to start getting your hours completed for the
2012-13 school year and it’s a lot of fun.
This year with the Jesuit Booster Club, there were many moments
where the stars aligned and we were able to march towards our
commitment for others in the Jesuit community. The hundreds of
people that we work with pray for and assist in this great
community once again exceeded well beyond our goals for the
2011/2012 school year.
We would like to thank all of our hard working board members and
also to all of the Jesuit community that assisted in all of our
programs this year. All of you made the year fun and very
fulfilling.

positions on its Board of Directors and more than 15 committee
chairs, as well as alumni and parent representatives for the
various sports and arts, for the 2012-13 school year. The
activity chairs that we’d like to fill as soon as we can are for
membership chair and secretary. Anyone with multifaceted or a
specific expertise is welcome. We are always open in sharing new
ideas to our group.

or someone you know.

The annual Jesuit Crab Feed is the Booster Club’s largest
community event. This is such an anticipated event that virtually
all of the pre-sale tickets were sold on-line via the Jesuit
website and sold out in only a few weeks! Thank you for your
patronage.
The Jesuit Booster Club would like to congratulate the
Jesuit student athletes who have signed their letters of intent
to commit to studying and competition in college athletics. The
Jesuit community is very proud of you!

This year was the celebration of the 38th annual Father Barry
Christmas Classic Basketball Tournament. Special thanks go out to
the host families that housed visiting athletes. The Booster Club
and the Loyola Guild who made dinners for the basketball teams on
the two nights of the tournament and for hosting the Saturday
morning mass and brunch for all teams and their families.
Dick Hamilton has directed the Father Barry Classic for the past
20 years! Congratulations Dick on a job well done.
Dave and his wife Kathy chaired the Jesuit Booster Crab Feed the
past three years. Dave was a terrific contributor to the
Booster Club and to the Jesuit High School Community. Dave’s
initial involvement at Jesuit was through his son Jason who was
on the Water Polo and Swim teams. Dave barbequed, manned the
snack bar and was as his son mentioned “Truly a Man for Others”
The past three years while Dave was on the Booster Board, he
chaired the Jesuit Crab Feed. Dave did an outstanding job!
Thanks to all of the volunteers who supported the Jesuit Boosters
this Homecoming/Alumni weekend. The Marauder football teams took
two of three from visiting Franklin.

WOW! What a great success was Holy Bowl weekend at Hughes
Stadium! Congratulations to our young men who scored three
impressive victories vs. arch rival Christian Brothers.

and process the DMV paperwork.
