The Student Award Convocation will occur on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 10:25 am in the Fr. Barry Gymnasium. 

Parents/guardians are invited to attend. Father Arturo Sosa, the Superior General of the Society of Jesus, gave a speech in Rio de Janeiro to educational leaders from around the world. He said that academic excellence is part of a larger mission of “integral human excellence.” Each year we recognize students from all areas of school life who have contributed conspicuously to this mission that aspires for excellence, an excellence that seeks to animate the human spirit and become the person God calls us to be.

Parking

If you plan to attend, note that parking will be limited with school in session. Overflow on-campus parking will be available on the rugby/soccer pitch – enter from O’Donnell and follow around chapel then turn right.  Please also consider carpooling and be sure to leave extra time to find parking. Street parking is allowed school-side on American River Drive.

Parents of students who will receive an award will be contacted prior to the event.

Please note that students will be required to wear dress attire for this school day and also the next day for the Farewell Liturgy.
