The Jazz Invitational is a concentrated morning of Jazz Education
provided by local experts who are invited to our campus.
This year the noted clinicians were: Mark Tulga, saxophones;
Steve Russo, trumpets; Scott Collard (‘83), rhythm section; Ron
Cunha, trombones.
These clinicians helped our students not only with the technical
aspects of their instruments, but with the interpretation and
stylings of the music they play in Jazz Band. The high school
Jazz bands invited this year were Woodcreek H.S. and Christian
Brothers H.S.
Join the Men’s Chorus, Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, Jazz Band
and Concert Band for A Christmas Jazz Spectacular. Contact
