Alumni Homecoming Tailgate, Saturday, September 24

Parent volunteers are needed to help with set-up, check-in, bartending and breakdown at the Alumni Homecoming Tailgate.  Volunteer shifts run from 8 am-12 pm and 12 pm-3:30 pm, although interim help is welcome as well.  For more information, or to volunteer your time, please contact Alumni Director Steve McLaughlin, alumni@jhssac.org.

Football Games Snack Bars & Gates

Jesuit Boosters urgently needs Snack Bar Coordinators, BBQer, and a Food Handler as well as volunteers to work the upcoming events.

Freshmen Home Football Games (Thursdays) – Sept. 22, 29, Oct. 27
Snack Bar:  3:30 – 5:30 pm (4 volunteers)
Gates:         3:15 – 6:00 pm (4 volunteers)

JV & Varsity Home Football Games (Saturdays) – Sept. 24, Oct. 1, 15, 29
Snack Bar:  8:30 am – Noon  (14 volunteers)
                  Noon – 4:30 pm (14 volunteers)
Gates:        10:00 am – 1:00 pm (12 volunteers)
                  1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (12 volunteers)

Jesuit High School Annual Fund Phone Calls, September 19, 20, 21, 26 & 27; October 24 & 26

Parent volunteers are needed to help make follow-up phone calls to current parents regarding their 2011/12 Jesuit High School Annual Fund gift/pledge.  Please join us here on the JHS Campus for these fun evenings – it’s a very easy way to get your parent hours done early in the year!  Dinner & training (with easy to follow script) is from 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm; Calling is from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm.  Feel free to sign up for one or more evenings.

Jesuit High School Art Event, Friday & Saturday, October 7 & 8

Parent volunteers are needed to help with set-up, art docents, & breakdown in the Choral Room and Brebeuf Hall. Several shifts are available:
Friday:       3:00-6:00 pm (set-up)
Saturday:  10:00-2:00 pm (Set-up), 1:30 – 5:30 pm (Art docents), 4:30 – 6:30 pm (breakdown).

President’s Club Dinner, Thursday, October 13

Parent volunteers are needed to help with set-up, bartending, and bar breakdown in the Father Barry Gym. Several shifts are available: 10 am-Noon (setting the tables), 4:00-6:00 pm (setting up the bar), 5:30-7:30 pm (Bartending & Wine Stewards), 5:30-9:30 pm (Bartending, Wine Stewards, and bar breakdown). Marauder’s Cove Logo Store, Thursdays, Home Football game Saturdays, & Special Events

Parent volunteers are needed to assist customers with merchandise selections and/or to cashier. No experience is necessary! It’s a fun group to work with plus you will have the first opportunity to preview the latest Cove offerings. The Cove shift available is: 11:30 – 4:00 pm. Each family is required to volunteer a total of 20 hours in support of Jesuit High School during the 2011-2012 school year. This volunteer commitment is for adults (parents/guardians), and does not cover any student required volunteer and/or work study hours. Hours for the 2011-2012 school year must be reported and completed by April 30, 2012.
