Class of 2021 – Final Transcript Request Reminder

Congratulations to your student on nearing the end of his journey at Jesuit High School! There is one last thing that we need for him to do before he begins his college journey! Your graduating senior needs to submit his final transcript request. Jesuit sends official final transcripts to universities based on the information reported in the 2021 College Questionnaire and Transcript Request survey. Please remind your student to log into Naviance Student and complete the survey no later than Friday, May 14, 2021. 

The 2021 College Questionnaire and Transcript Request survey can be found on your Naviance Student Account at: https://student.naviance.com/jhssac 

Once in Naviance Student click on the “About Me” Tab 

In the “About Me” section, select “My Surveys” and then “Surveys Not Started”

Jesuit sends the required final transcripts to universities based on the information reported in this survey. So please ensure that all information is accurate and complete.
