Bob worked for 35 years in the construction industry before retiring as a principle shareholder in July of 2024. He oversaw Business Development, Estimating and Preconstruction services for Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. for over 25 years. During this time Bob worked as project lead on many projects at Jesuit High School dating back to the Student Life Center, multiple campus upgrades and underground infrastructure, Weight/Locker Room, Stadium, and most recently helping during the early planning stages of the Chapel.

Bob has a passion for working to engage the community and has served on many local boards including Sacramento State Construction Management Advisory Board, Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange Board, Rancho Murieta Community Services District Board, Church councils, committees, and the American Heart Association.

Bob is married to his wife Lisa and celebrates three children out of school who love Jesus and are engaged in the working world. RJ (2005) and Ryan (2009) are Jesuit Alumni and Kirsten (2014) is a St Francis Alumni.
