Dexter Parulan is a Senior Vice President, Family Wealth Director for Morgan Stanley.

Over the past 23 years, he has helped families realize their financial goals through wealth management solutions including portfolio management, estate planning, business succession planning, family governance and wealth education, philanthropy management and lifestyle advisory.

Dexter was born and raised in the Philippines where he spent the first 19 years of his life. He followed his heart and came to American in 1992 and later married his high school sweetheart, Theresa. They have been blessed with two wonderful children, Hannah and Jacob (Class of 2023).

As an immigrant to this country, Dexter has a great appreciation for the abundance of opportunities that are afforded to those that are patient and willing to work hard. While working full time, he obtained a BA degree in Management from St. Mary’s College of California.

He enjoys playing tennis, golf, and swimming in his spare time.
