Cell Phone–Free School Day Launching Fall 2026
Beginning with the 2026–27 school year, Jesuit High School Sacramento will implement a cell phone–free school day to support student learning, presence, and whole‑person formation.

To advance Jesuit High School Sacramento’s ongoing commitment to student learning, whole-person formation, and a healthy campus culture, Jesuit Sacramento will implement a cell phone–free school day beginning in the fall of 2026.

Please join us for Jesuit High School’s Cannonball Collection: A Student Art Exhibition, which will take place in the vestibule of the Phelan Chapel of the North American Martyrs. Visual Arts students entered original pieces for local artist judges to consider. The show itself has been curated by the judges to reflect the best pieces submitted. The show begins at 5:30pm, and the winners will be announced at 6:30pm. Light refreshments will be provided.

College Celebration Day 2026

The Celebration will be on Wednesday, April 29, at 8:30 am in the gym. All families, friends, students, faculty, and fans are welcome to this special event!

Student-athletes should wear formal attire with their college spirit gear. (Example: Shirt and tie with a quarter-zip sweater or sweatshirt.) Please arrive to the gym no later than 7:30 a.m. for some special spotlight media moments.

Each student-athlete should fill out a form so we can include them on our digital boards, listing and photos.

The Student Award Convocation will occur on Thursday at 10:25 am in the Fr. Barry Gymnasium.

Families are welcome to attend our school-wide Mass in the gym

We will be celebrating the Farewell Mass as a school community in the Barry Gym. This Mass is an opportunity for our campus community to gather together to give thanks for the blessings of the past school year and pray for each grade level as they look toward the year to come. We will especially pray for our senior class as we say goodbye and they look toward graduation and life beyond Jesuit High School. A special ritual at this Mass is the Passing of Colors Ceremony. This involves each class receiving their next class color ribbon. The ribbon will be wrapped around the class candle that accompanies each class on retreats and at class Masses throughout their four year Jesuit journey. Senior class representatives will lead this ritual, which symbolically represents how they entrust each up and coming class to care for our community and hold tight to our traditions. Parents and family members of current students as well as alumni are invited to attend.

We need you to mentor the incoming freshmen, guide them through orientation, journey with them on retreat, and build connections with your classmates. Please fill out part 1 of the linked Google Form, skip part 2 of the Google Form, and click submit. This application will remain open through the end of the school year.

Mother Son Night “Monte Carlo Night”
New Date!

Mother Son Tickets

All mothers or mother figures are invited to join their sons in a night of fun! There will be contests, prizes, games, and a photo booth to capture the memories, so come dressed to impress and ready to play.

“Mom” can be any mother figure—a grandmother, aunt, or dear friend.

This is a wonderful annual tradition hosted by the Loyola Guild. Come and enjoy the fun!
