Michael Wood ’99
Principal

Michael Wood is the principal at Jesuit High School. He began his career in Jesuit Secondary Education at Loyola High School in Los Angeles where he spent 12 years as a Theology teacher and Dean of Students.

Michael graduated from Jesuit in 1999 and he shared his motivation for accepting for the position as Jesuit’s principal noting that “It is an honor to return to my alma mater as a leader and colleague to share my strengths, experiences, and passion with the Jesuit ministry of my origin.”

You will no longer be able to make changes on this page, but it will continue to update if anything changes.

Blood Drive
Parents and community members are invited to donate also!

All students must have a parent/guardian fill out this signed consent form. Parents welcome to participate

Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. You have a chance to give blood, and every blood donation can help up to three people. We’ve been hosting this annual Blood Drive since 1985!

Join us at the JHS Blood Drive on Tuesday, March 31 from 8:30am – 2:00pm. There will be snacks for all participants! Our schoolwide goal is to have 30-39 units of blood donated. Adults on campus are also welcome to sign up! To sign up, click on the link, and return your waiver to the Dean’s Office. Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins will be accommodated if space allows. Priority will be given to student donors, but appointments will be opened up to parents.
