T he JV Red soccer team wasted no time against Sheldon putting a point on the board in the opening minutes when Demetri Petuskey found Elijah Beverly not once but twice in quick succession. Uli Esquivel then scored after Petuskey headed a Jack Maguire corner kick. In the 17^th minute it was Julian Churchill who found Beverly for a goal, and just before half, Gustavo Levenfeld passed it to Aiden Baker who buried a far post rocket, bringing the score 5-0. Sheldon was able to score in the second half, but couldn’t muster up much offense, as their back line was so heavy. Churchill found Beverly again on a nice through ball, and set him up again for his 5^th goal of the game. Petuskey sent Zach Lozano a nice pass, and he had a textbook finish in the closing minutes.
