Submission form: let Us Know Where You’re Headed!

NOTE: You must be logged into your Jesuit Google account to access this form. 

All posts will be made on the @jesuitsacyearbook Instagram account this year and in future years, so think of it as a “living yearbook.” First, follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with where your classmates are going!

In order for us to make a post, you need to submit:

• Your full name
• The name of the school you are committing to
• The major or program you have enrolled in
• The name of the sport or activity you are committing for (if applicable)
• A current picture of you
• A baby picture of you (optional)
