Attention Senior Parents & Caregivers, please confirm your graduate’s name! 

The last day to turn in Diploma Request Forms is Friday, February 12, 2021.

These were mailed out in early January and were due on January 29, 2021. IF they are not received in the Main Office by February 12, then diplomas will be printed with the name indicated on our school records. Forms should be returned to Debbie Case at debbie.case@jesuithighschool.org, faxed to the office at 916-480-2119, or dropped off in the Main Office. If you do not receive this mailing, please contact Debbie Case at debbie.case@jesuithighschool.org.
