Art Event Is a Masterpiece

Wall of art displayed in hallway

In late October 2020, Jesuit brought the beloved Art Event back to campus. The event included curated pieces from 12 local artists including Mark Bowles, Pat Mahony, Leslie Toms, and our very own Ed Novinsky. Patrons perused and purchased the artwork in small groups, private viewings and online. The event was a huge success, supporting both Jesuit High School and local Sacramento artists.

“Coffee for a Cause” Scholarship Event

Our 3rd annual Scholarship event was held on November 5 in a new virtual format. While sipping on their morning coffee, guests heard inspiring stories of the impact that scholarships have on the lives of our students. The keynote speaker, Mr. Tom Arndornfer ‘81 (below, right), former CFO of Nike and current President of Jesuit Portland, inspired participants to continue the legacy of providing scholarships at Jesuit Sacramento.

Ladies’ Wine & Dine

In December, Jesuit hosted its first annual Ladies’ Wine & Dine to kick off the Jesuit Auction. This virtual event included a live wine tasting and cooking demonstration by Sean and Nicole Minor of Sean Minor Wines. Each guest received a party pack delivered to their doorstep, filled with Sean Minor wines and many other cooking essentials. Guests gathered via Zoom to taste delicious wines and learn cooking techniques, all in the name of supporting Jesuit Sacramento.
