Men’s Chorus, also known as Choral Music, is the first year of a multi-level program designed for those students who are interested in developing both proper choral technique and a fundamental knowledge of music as participants in a vocal ensemble.  Students will learn and apply basic music theory concepts, simple sight-singing skills, and other techniques and terms which will prepare them for further musical education in choir.  Choral Music focuses not only on performance technique, but also serves as a General Music class which prepares students to continue on into Concert Choir, Chamber Singers, Liturgy Workshop and/or AP Music Theory, all of which are audition-only or by-application ensembles and classes.
