There are 25 Senior Retreat Team Leaders who lead the lead Sophomore Breakaway and Junior Overnight Retreats. SRT can apply to be Kairos leaders as can all other Kairos alumni.

The application process for the Senior Retreat team consists of:

• Completing the online application
• Scheduling an interview with Mrs. Barnes when interview times are posted on her office door.
• You must be on time for your interview.
• The final selection process of the SRT is based on the approval of the administration.
• You must be able to attend the Training Retreat, Saturday August 10^th if selected.
