High School Economics Teacher, Long-Term Assignment
Beginning August 2026 (7 – 8 weeks)
Jesuit High School, Sacramento is currently accepting applications for an Economics teacher for a 7 – 8-week assignment, beginning August 2026.
Responsibilities
- Teaching four sections of Social Science
- 3 x AP Economics and 1x Economics
- Engage in clear, timely communication with colleagues, students, and parents
- Understand and appropriately use educational technology for learning
- Responsibly complete grading submission and other administrative duties as assigned
- Abide by and enforce all school policies and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related subject matter
- Passion for and experience in teaching and supporting a diverse population of high school students, including those with learning differences, in a college-prep environment
- Well-versed in up-to-date teaching and assessment methods.
Position Details
- Compensation will depend on education, experience and number of sections taught
