A special note from our principal ~

As our seniors prepare for graduation, they will have the opportunity to participate in a life‑sustaining call to service during graduation rehearsal as we launch a new partnership with the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP), joining several Jesuit schools that have long embraced this vital work.

For patients facing life-threatening cancers, a stem cell transplant is often their best hope for a cure. This effort is especially meaningful to our community as we support Eva, the 6-year-old daughter of two Jesuit High School teachers, who needs a blood stem cell transplant from a matching donor and is registered with NMDP.

During graduation practice and BBQ on Thursday, May 21, Jesuit will partner with NMDP to host a donor registration drive. Students and community members ages 18–35 are invited to complete a quick 3-minute registration and cheek swab to join the national donor registry. Registering is not a commitment to donate, but allows NMDP to contact potential matches for patients in need, like Eva.

In the spirit of the Magis and our mission of forming Men and Women for Others, we invite students and other community members to consider this opportunity to serve others with compassion and generosity. We encourage you to speak with your son so he can make a thoughtful and informed decision. Participation is entirely voluntary, but it offers a meaningful way to live out faith through action.

Baccalaureate Mass: Thursday, May 21, 6:30 pm (Fr. Barry Gymnasium)

• Students must arrive on campus by 5:30 pm + report to Grace Court
• Doors open for seating at 5:45 pm
• Attendance mandatory for all seniors
   

Graduation Commencement Ceremony: Saturday, May 23, 10:30 am (Memorial Auditorium-1515 J Street) 

• Students must arrive at Memorial Auditorium by 9:30 am + report to the basement area
• Doors open for seating at 9:00 am
• Attendance mandatory for all seniors

Class of 2026 Grad Night: Saturday, May 23, 9:00 pm.

• Check in at JHS and board the bus for transportation 
• Event held at SunSplash
• Swag, food, fun, all included
• Hosted by Loyola Guild.

Diploma Pick-up: Beginning June 15, 2026 (Main Office)

• Diplomas available for pick-up in the Main Office beginning June 15. Summer office hours apply 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
• The grad or a parent may sign out diplomas.
