This is a reminder to all parents that FACTS is our third-party tuition management and billing system. We do not accept tuition payments at the school, all tuition payments must go through FACTS. Payments will begin processing in August. FACTS will process tuition payments on the 5th, 15th or 25th of the month depending upon your selection during enrollment. Please login into FACTS and verify the charges and payment method on your account.

Students will attend all their classes on the first day of class. Meet teachers, learn class expectations, and find classrooms to get prepared for your first full week of classes the following Monday. (1-2-3-4-5-6-7) indicates the period and order of the classes throughout the day. Classes begin at 8:20 and end at 3:00 pm. Each class is 40 minutes long. Lunch is from 11:40 am-12:30 pm.

Our campus will remain closed until the O’Donnell Gates open at 6:00am each morning. Students arriving for early morning practices, class meetings, or other campus activities should access campus through the Main Entrance O’Donnell Gate off Fair Oaks Blvd.
We have recently completed construction of the new pedestrian access gate on American River Drive. This gate and the new associated walking path provide a safe means for students to access campus without having to cross through the parking lot. In addition, this new gate provides a means to appropriately secure access to campus during the school day. We ask all freshmen and sophomore students to utilize the new pedestrian gate and walking path to enter campus during the morning drop-off period as well the after school pick-up period. The pedestrian gate will open at 7:00am each morning and will remain open until approximately 15 minutes after the start of the school day.

This kick-off to your son’s four years at Jesuit is a highlight of Freshman year. Your son will spend the retreat with his Senior Big Brother, who will serve as a guide and mentor for your son as he begins his journey at Jesuit. Our newest marauders will be welcomed into the brotherhood, build camaraderie with their new classmates, and learn about campus life at Jesuit. Special parent programming is also a part of the retreat on Saturday morning. Because the experience of the Freshman Retreat is so important for new students, participation in the entire retreat is MANDATORY for all Freshmen.
