Schedule Change

To support student learning, we are adjusting the schedule for Thursday, March 5, and Friday, March 6. 

Due to the significant number of early dismissals required for student athletes competing in their various sports on Thursday, March 5, we have decided to change the schedule to mitigate the high volume of missed instructional time. Jesuit is also hosting a large home track meet with three visiting schools that begins mid-day. The schedule change will allow students to have their full academic classroom time and help mitigate traffic and parking challenges on our campus and in the surrounding neighborhood due to the special event.

 

Please take note:

  • Period 3 from the last period on Thursday moves to the first period on Friday
  • Faculty/Staff Department Meetings will shift to Thursday instead of Friday morning
  • Students will begin classes at 8:20 am with Period 3 on Friday morning. There is no late start.
  • The Junior Parent Counseling Coffee on Friday morning will take place as scheduled, and reserved parking will be available for attendees of this event. 
  • Students in Period 4 Service may be affected and will work directly with Ms. Brabec to work through their options. 

We appreciate the flexibility and support of our faculty, students, and families as we make this adjustment in service of academic success and community safety.
