March 2018 Principal’s Newsletter

Parents and Friends,

The purpose of this month’s Principal’s Newsletter is to discuss two major topics.  The first is a discussion on school safety at Jesuit High School and the second is the formal announcement of the new student dress code for the 2018-2019 school year.

Thank you for your continued support of and partnership with Jesuit High School.

February 2018 Principal’s Newsletter

Dear Parents and Friends:

I would like to use this month’s newsletter to make some announcements regarding changes and updates for next year.  There are notable changes being made and I would like to give families plenty of notice out of respect for your future planning.

January 2018 Principal’s Newsletter

We are back on campus after a restful Christmas break, ready to work.  The faculty and staff returned from break for two days of professional development where we continued our institutional reflection in the area of equity and inclusion, followed by a prayerful retreat led by Fr. Tom O’Neill, S.J.  During this time together, Fr. O’Neill invited us to see the many ways that we care for our students, for our colleagues, and for ourselves.

June 2017 Principal’s Newsletter

Dear Parents and Friends,

On May 27, 2017, we said farewell to the class of 2017 at Memorial Auditorium in Sacramento.  It was a wonderful event where families and friends celebrated the accomplishments of this terrific group of young men. We are now preparing to welcome the Class of 2021 in August.  This is a special time to be a part of the Jesuit High School family in a community that continues to support our students as they come to understand what it means to be Men for Others.
