Athletics “No Contact Dead Period”
Mandatory quiet time where athletes are not allowed contact with high school coaches
Per CIF-SJS Office: “During the dead period no member of the coaching staff (paid or voluntary) may have any contact with his/her athletes. The use of outside agencies is not allowed to circumvent the dead period.”
Student Athletic Center
In the summer of 2006, Jesuit High School opened the new Student Athletic Center. This building houses a Varsity Team Locker Room, P.E./J.V. Locker Room, state-of-the-art weight room, training room, administrative offices, coaches offices/locker room facility, and meeting room space.
The Weight Room & Training Facility
Located inside the Student Athletic Center
Built in 2006, the Jesuit High School Weight Room is housed in the Student Athletic Center. At nearly 5000 square feet, it features a 35 yard, 3 lane Pulastic sprinting surface, 20 lifting racks, 12 Olympic Lifting stations, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Medicine balls, GHD’s, Ergs and Plyo-boxes.
