Physicals due for all freshman (and new transfers)

Make sure your FinalForms account is up-to-date!

Access FinalForms

  • Upload your physical to FinalForms. You must have one on file before starting school or sports. 
  • Select sports your student is interested in. Don’t wait for the season to start, indicate interest as soon as possible! This makes sure you get early communications from the coaching staff about practices, gear, and meetings. You can check as many as you wish, and it is easy to update if he changes his mind. It is not a commitment, just a request for more information as it becomes available.
  • Make sure you are all green. Green means you have completed an item in FinalForms. Participation with a team will not be permitted without all the forms being signed.  Red = parent signature, yellow = student signature.

Helpful Q&A for new families to navigate the school year

Our annual Parent Survival Skills 101 event is on Thursday evening, July 9, in the Welcome Center (enter through Barry Gym lobby). This presentation is an opportunity for parents/guardians to have questions answered with regard to technology, textbooks, dress code, and more. No RSVP is needed.
