Current and past weekly school email communications

The “Weekly Update” is sent to current families and students at the end of the week – usually each Thursday evening via email. Filled with upcoming events and announcements, we hope you find it a helpful tool to stay connected to your Jesuit Sacramento community.

The last edition for the 2024-2025 school year will be Thursday, May 15, 2025.
Summer editions will be June 12 and July 10.
Regular weekly Thursday editions will return in August for the 2025-2026 school year.

At present we will continue to monitor the situation, follow instructions and guidelines of public health officials, and make any decisions about canceling any immersion closer to the date of immersions.

Frequently Asked Questions about syncing the calendar and subscribe/unsubscribe

How do I sync the school calendar into a Google or Apple Calendar?

The preferred method for linking the school calendar to your personal calendar is to subscribe. Subscribing to the calendar allows you to refresh and see changes. You may also use the “iCal Feed” button but that will only download a snapshot of the calendar. The static “iCal Feed” download will not reflect any updates made after you download it.

We have worked to provide a streamlined approach in directing you to online merchants from whom you may purchase your course materials. Rather than shopping around online at multiple merchant sites one by one, this link allows you to obtain the same results with just a few simple clicks. It eliminates the need to copy and paste multiple ISBNs over and over again into individual merchant sites in order to find the best deal.

All of our ebooks can now be accessed by any device operating system (windows, iOS, or Mac) via the internet.

School Locker Request
Complete the form to secure your locker for 2025-2026

Student Lockers will be available upon request only. All students interested in having an on-campus locker for the 2025-2026 school year must complete the form below. Once the form is completed, the student will receive an email on their Jesuit email account with his locker number and combination. We will begin sending “locker assignment emails” out to students on August 11, 2025. Locker assignments are not available prior to that date. We will continue to process locker requests after classes begin.
